The prices concern stays in a double room for a night, they change according to the kind of room and include a well-stocked breakfast.
Reductions for stays longer than three nights are planned.
Double room for single use: reduction of 20%
Extra bed on request based on availability.
Crib: free (check availability).
Free stay for children up to 3 years old if they sleep in bed with their parents.
Small pets allowed, upon authorization and availability of certain rooms.
Payments
Our B&B accepts cash, credit card and by bank transfer.
Rooms & Services
All rooms have a bathroom with all services, LCD TV 32 "/ 40", heating, air conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdryer, safe, wi-fi, home automation control systemand anti-intrusion. Smoking is not allowed inside the dwelling, all rooms have a private balcony accessible to smokers.
Services included
breakfast; daily cleaning; Assistance and Touristic Information upon at the arrival; Tour desk and free town map; Reservations and advice on restaurants, shops and tours; Luggage storage; Late or Early check-in on request; Free wi-fi.
Services not included
Laundry; Transport to and from Polignano a Mare; Tours and excursions; Bicycle hire and Segway (check availability); Guarded car parking place (check availability).
Check-in & Check-out
The rooms are available to guests starting at 3.30 pm; Check-in by 10 p.m. (outside of these times is welcome advance communication). The rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Bookings
At the moment of the final confirmation of the booking, which must be in writing (by e-mail), it requires a deposit of 50% (non refundable) and/or a credit card to guarantee the stay.
Any changes to the reservation must be notified in writing and confirmed by the structure.
Cancellations
For cancellations of booking, which must be notified in writing, the following penalties will be applied:
- cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit of 50%;
- cancellation 29-0 days before arrival and "No show": 100% charge and cancellation of stay.
